Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added they will be privacy-preserving, will not set tracking cookies, and will not identify individuals. If that changes, this page changes first.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the receiving inbox is limited to staff who need it. We apply rate limiting and automated abuse screening to the forms.

We log limited technical information to detect abuse. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored, and no message content, name or email address appears in those logs.

Your rights

Under BC’s Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing need.
