Work with us

Traffic control is outdoor work on live roadways, in whatever weather the day brings. Shifts include days, nights and weekends. You’ll be on your feet, and you’ll be the thing standing between a work crew and moving traffic.

It is not easy work and we won’t describe it as though it is. It is steady, it is skilled, and it matters.

02Getting started

Not certified yet?

The TCP course is two days and has no prerequisites, so the barrier is lower than most trades.

To be confirmed — Whether we consider uncertified applicants, sponsor training, or require certification before applying.

If you’re already certified, tell us the expiry date on your card when you apply — it saves a round trip.

What we look for

  • Current certification, or a genuine intention to get it
  • Reliability — a crew that’s one person short can’t run the setup
  • Judgement: knowing when a setup has stopped being safe, and saying so
  • Communication with drivers who are frequently impatient

What we offer

To be confirmed — Wage range, shift patterns and scheduling, equipment and PPE provided, advancement path.

Left open rather than filled with generalities. “Competitive wages and a supportive team” tells an applicant nothing, and every company says it.
